Is my item dishwasher safe?
Short answer, kind of but no. Long answer, the heating that takes place within a dishwashers wash cycle will cause unnecessary wear and strain on any ceramic item that is put inside of it. This will shorten the lifespan of the wares and will make them prone to chips, cracks in the glaze called crazing, and even breaks through the whole piece. In order to keep your wares safe and enjoyable for as long as possible, please hand wash only.
Is my item microwave safe?
If your item has any sort of luster on it, then no. Lusters are metallic overglazes that will spark in the microwave. The listing for items likely will have said if it is microwave safe or not, but if you dont recall then look at the surface. If there is any gold, silver, or rainbow oil-slick looking surfaces on it then it is NOT microwave safe. If you are still unsure, email me at the contact email or DM on Instagram with a picture and I'll be happy to let you know!
Do you take custom orders?
Currently I am not accepting custom orders, sorry! Keep an eye on my social media, or sign up for email updates to hear when those will be open again!
Do you know when you'll be accepting custom work again?
Right now I am not 100% sure when that will be, but hopefully early January.
I used to have something from you, but it broke! Can you replace it?
Likely yes! This is the one exception I will make when it comes to custom orders. Please email me and provide photos of the broken mug so that I can properly replace it. It will not be identical, but I can try my best. This process will take a minimum of 4 weeks and will cost the current standard for mug size/design/complexity + $10 for shipping for smaller items, $14 for larger items.
I received my item and it isn't what I expected, what do I do?
Tiny Cloud is happy to offer refunds if items do not meet your expectations. In order to receive your refund, simply email me at the contact email, repackage the item you wish to return, and ship it to the address that will be provided for you via email. Upon receiving the returned item, a refund will be sent out as well as compensation for shipping costs. Please provide a screenshot or picture proof of shipping costs.
My item(s) arrived broken! What now?
If your items arrive damaged, I wholeheartedly apologize! Please provide photo documentation of the damage to our contact email address and we will be happy to either recreate the damaged item at no cost to you, or can issue a full or partial refund of the item cost and shipping.
I received the wrong item!
That's extremely unfortunate! Please email email@example.com right away to get the situation sorted out. Please include a picture of the item you received, as well as a link to the item you ordered or a description and I'll try to get it sorted out as quickly as possible.
